Cantera Apartment Homes offers one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from 712 to 1,000 square feet. The A1 is a 1 bed, 1 bath home at 712 square feet. The B1 is a 2 bed, 1 bath home at 910 square feet. The B2 is a 2 bed, 2 bath home at 880 square feet. The B3 is a 2 bed, 2 bath home at 1,000 square feet. Be ready to provide basic personal information, rental history, proof of income, bank statements, and your ID and Social Security card. A non-refundable application fee is charged for each adult applicant for background and credit checks, and the checklist shows the current amount. You can schedule a tour with the form on our Take a Tour page or by calling (888) 850-2219. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and closed Sunday.

Management has the discretion to accept or decline a pet, and a maximum of two domestic pets are allowed per apartment. Residents on the first floor may have one fish tank of up to 20 gallons. Pets must show good behavior, and management may meet each pet and keep a photo on file. We use a third-party pet screening service, and each resident creates a pet profile for every animal. Assistance animals for persons with disabilities are not considered pets and are exempt from breed and size restrictions. See our Pet Policy page for the full policy.

Cantera Apartment Homes has a swimming pool, a playground, and grilling stations throughout the property. The recently renovated laundry room is cashless, air-conditioned, and cleaned daily. Parking is free in the open lot, with covered parking available in one area and reserved spaces available throughout the property. Select apartments have a patio or balcony.
